The Arden Gateway Village stands as a residential building development project spanning approximately 10.5 acres. It represents one of the largest apartment properties in the Sacramento region, comprising a total of eight buildings. As part of this expansive project, NaRDil undertook the task of wood wall framing for all buildings, covering an impressive area of 414,412 square feet.

This marked our first collaboration with a new client, a significant milestone. Our aim was to exceed their expectations with meticulous attention to detail.
