With over 27 years of experience in design and construction engineering, Ramesh is the power that makes our company maneuver. Ramesh brings leadership, experience, knowledge and energy to the team. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution in India, a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Nevada Reno and an MBA from California State University-Sacramento to his credit. Being a bridge designer for URS corporation (Now AECOM) for 12 years and running NaRDil for the past 13 years, he has amazed vast knowledge in design as well as in construction know-how. He has mentored many of the NaRDil’s executives who are the pillars of the company today. When it comes to the success of a company, business development and client retention are essential. He does just that, active in all aspects of marketing, sales, pre-construction and construction through the completion of each project, guiding all employees to a good future.

Senthil has been with NaRDil since it came into existence 18 years ago. Being armed with Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering he has excelled in every branch that he has involved in NaRDil be it in Training and BIM development. Under the guidance of our founder Mr. Ramesh he has been able to make use of the experience and expertise that he has earned elsewhere to the excellence of functions here. His team management has been so meticulous indeed. He has played a pivotal role in establishing a vibrant detailing team at Madurai. His dedication and professional approach are always aimed at satisfying the wishes of Clients.

MJ Hussain, the Managing Director – Indian Operations, has a strong academic base in Civil Engineering from a Premier Institute. With the blending of academic and experience over the years, his association with NaRDil since 2012 shows the great height in effective timely decisions and implementation. His man of principles attitude is instrumental in developing various operational guidelines to NaRDil. His exceptional interpersonal skills help him to have respectable rapport with his workforce. Mr. PAUL MORIN,
VICE PRESIDENT - STRATEGY & OPERATIONS
Paul Morin joins NaRDil with over 25 years of marketing, sales, engineering and operational leadership in the construction industry. Morin will lead our efforts to diversify and expand our construction engineering services in new market segments and geographies. Prior to joining NaRDil, he served as President of Materials Testing Laboratories and Services, a Florida based geotechnical and construction materials testing firm. Previously, in his 22 year career with Gerdau, a multinational steel company, Morin held several key leadership positions including Director of National Engineering and General Manager of the Florida fabricated reinforcing steel group. He is a graduate of Clemson University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He will be based in Tampa, Florida. “I am excited to be joining the NaRDil team,” Morin says, “They have established themselves as an industry leader in engineering services by integrating leading-edge technology and providing unsurpassed customer service to their clients.

Brian is a dynamic leader focused on developing relationships and creating solutions to address today’s unique engineering challenges. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. His extensive engineering, sales and construction experience stems from leadership roles with a large US General Contractor and a major international steel manufacturer and fabricator. Brian builds partnerships with NaRDil’s customers that promote efficient operations and cost-conscious execution.

Suresh excels in streamlining operations and increasing productivity, helping deliver NaRDil’s estimation projects on time. Suresh's hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into execution has contributed to his success at NaRDil, where he leads 100+ employees under Estimation department. Suresh is highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, has attention to detail, and understands quality control. His passion is driven by the different people he works with every day. He enjoys collaborating with team members in all aspects of the job. Suresh’s strongest asset is his People management skills and his ability to build and maintain relationships. This skill has helped NaRDil in many ways to reach new heights. Meanwhile, he vastly improved the productivity of his team by implementing strategic project management methods and agile work flow management. Being a helping hand to all Seniors in branches of NaRDil in overall people management and Office management and creating an impact in many employees life. Volunteering to visit all branches periodically and shower his expertise in needed areas. Utilizing his vast experience in the construction industry, including many years in the Middle East market, Suresh allocates projects to staff and completes them with unmatched speed and skill. His strength is in Analysis of cost management in work is supreme. He believes that customer satisfaction is the sole heartbeat of the business.

With his hard work and dedication, he has grown from a Rebar Detailer to the Detailing Manger of the NaRDil Trichy office with a credit of holding Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He proves to be a hard-core professional person in handling various complex structures and all types of infrastructure. His competence of handling more than 50 detailing executives shows the confidence in delegating the tasks with authority and accountability on his co-workers. As a member of the NaRDil leadership team, Kalpornia is responsible for implementing strategic human resources initiatives that increase organizational effectiveness, build a consistent company culture, and promote success at the firm for almost a decade now. Her well-established experience includes the development, implementation and communication of policies and procedures, benefit plans, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training and development and safety and health measures. Kalpornia holds a Master’s in Business Administration Degree.

With over 7 years of diverse experience in the rebar estimation industry and a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Ashoksudhan joined NaRDil in 2014 as a junior rebar estimator. Currently serving as a Virtual Construction Manager, he utilizes his unique imagination and exceptional creative ideas to contribute as invaluable assets to NaRDil. Ashoksudhan's ability to build strong relationships has earned him high regard among his peers. His amicable nature and effective communication skills create a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and productivity. Overall, Ashoksudhan's passion, experience, and leadership qualities make him an exceptional asset to NaRDil.
