The Biosolids Digester Facilities Project (BDFP) will replace and relocate the outdated existing solids treatment facilities with more reliable, efficient, and modern technologies and facilities. The new facilities will produce a higher quality biosolids, capture and treat Odors more effectively, and maximize biogas utilization and energy recovery. In addition, the project will locate the digesters farther away from existing residences and make visual improvements in and around the Southeast Treatment Plant.
NaRDil takes great pride in contributing to the development of project SFPUC_610 - ANAEROBIC DIGESTION (Digester Tanks) in San Francisco, CA 94124. We've supplied a total of 2,771 tons of rebar for Alta Group in collaboration with DN Tanks. CMC Tracy played a crucial role as the rebar fabricator for this endeavour. Our team at NaRDil has provided high-quality 3D rebar models for BIM coordination, facilitating seamless integration with other trades, and addressing clashes that necessitated rebar configuration adjustments. Upon finalizing the model, we generated detailed 2D rebar shop drawings and barlist for fabrication. Our scope of work primarily focused on skirt walls, cone/hopper manways, and core walls. Additionally, we've handled numerous circumferential hoop bars and Formsaver in the hopper slab, ensuring comprehensive project completion.
