The Parkmerced consists of a 17-Story tower and 8 Story mid-rise over a shared lobby and parking garage. There is a total of 299 residential units and the building area is 475,117 Square feet with actual high-rise height of 145 feet above grade.

This job was basically a one-way PT slab system which not only had banded and distributed tendons, but also temperature tendons too. NaRDil’s expertise always recognizes these tendons to ensure a complete and accurate estimate of the project.
