This is a high-rise residential building with two towers (28 stories plus the roof) located in West Palm Beach, Florida, USA. NaRDil estimated it at about 6,482 tons. The foundation is congested with heavy reinforcement for both piles and pile caps. The elevated slabs have a unique design with curved ramps.
This project involved the use of many form-savers for ease of construction.
Galvanized coated reinforcement is included in balcony locations, totalling around 760 tons.
