The Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas project consists of two standalone high-rise residence towers, each 26 stories, offering panoramic views. The building is situated over the hills in Las Vegas, NV, and NaRDil estimated it at about 8,920 tons. Additionally, numerous amenities, pools, and recreational structures are in the scenic view between both towers.
This project features a larger pile cap foundation supported by over 200 piles with heavy reinforcement.
The columns have multiple transitions across floor levels, each with heavy reinforcement. Many elements are visible in the site area and were estimated at around 150 tons.
