The 1.4-acre project site is located on the north side of East Santa Clara Street, between North Fourth and North Fifth Streets in Downtown San Jose.

The construction of two 28-Story residential towers to allow approximately 14,173 Square feet of ground floor retail usage and up to 24,693 Square feet of flex/office space.

NaRDil’s Stud team detailed 27 floors with a combined effort by detailers and engineers to provide quality control and value engineering, producing a reduction of stud marks initially specified on the overall project and a cost savings to our client.
