California-based financial services firm Charles Schwab has started its new $100 million regional office campus in north Tarrant County. This 500,000 Square feet project was designed for two office buildings, an amenity building with a cafe, large assembly space, training facility, outdoor meeting area and a parking garage.

NaRDil consolidated our detailing efforts for phase 1 of this massive project including buildings DFW-1 (8 levels), DFW-G1 (7 levels), DFW-2 (7 levels) & DFW-A (5 levels). Furthermore, NaRDil engaged in producing quality shop drawings with appropriate and understandable details in a quick turnaround submittal to hit the client’s schedule, all while incorporating constant design changes.
