The Regional Connector Transit Corridor Project (Regional Connector) is a 1.9-mile underground light rail connection between the Little Tokyo/Arts District Station to the 7th Street/Metro Center Station in downtown Los Angeles.
NaRDil estimated this massive 18,500 ton reinforcing steel project by preparing estimates for the station, tunnel, and for all the bridges in one package. Being an underground project, NaRDil made sure to analyze the project for site conditions and congestion issues for overall constructability while delivering an accurate estimate on time.

This complex of two high-rise residential buildings are designed with 10,500 tons of reinforcing steel is under construction in South Lake Union, Seattle, Washington.
Since it is a high-rise building, the mat foundation was very thick with different layers of mat reinforcing and number of transitions with steps. NaRDil estimated a greater number of mechanical accessories for this project such as Formsavers, T-Heads, and Transition & Position Couplers. We included these accessories as an add alternate option to the contract drawings through our work experience to ease the constructability, which was later recognized as the best valued option from our client.

1500 Mission Street is a 39 Story with a 550-unit luxury apartment tower with 9,318 tons and a separate 460,000 Square feet office building that will be the new home of the San Francisco, California Planning, Building and Public Works Departments.
We can proudly say that, NaRDil Estimators are experts in estimating High rise buildings. And having been said that, we have identified all the complexities which ever could pop for this structure especially & completed successfully.
In this job, most of the elevated slabs were PT, moreover the huge area of building led to more number of pour strips. NaRDil expertise estimates bar lock couplers at these locations to ensure the connectivity between the slab and pour strip.
NaRDil did not stop there, we have also estimated reinforcements for Mechanical pads, UC Davis support system, Cooling tower foundation and Planter.
Adding to the tower estimation, we estimate the reinforcements and formsavers/threaded bars which are required for Tower crane erection and dismantle process.

Chevron One will stand as a legacy landmark in Houston with 52 Story designed with 15,823 tons of reinforcing steel.
This structure was designed with heavy reinforcing in the vertical elements thus creating a congestion. To address this concern, NaRDil provided optional accessories such as HRC120 series headed bars, Lenton couplers, etc. to ease the congestion within the estimate package.
This tower's the most challenging part was the core wall, as the thickness kept varying and bar arrangements changed substantially due to the transitions. NaRDil estimated transition couplers instead of laps for constructability purposes. The same method of construction was used for the columns.

MPK 21 is another giant level of single-floor, open-plan office space with at-grade parking and entry lobbies below and an expansive green roof above.
NaRDil is not only the estimators for this building for Facebook, in Menlo Park, we have estimated many of the Facebook's building for rebar subcontractors and we are the proud estimators and detailers of the Facebook corporate headquarters.
The estimate package for this project included the structure, retaining walls, planter walls, paving, etc. The additional focus on constructability for our client was exhibited by using the smooth dowel system at construction joints.

One West Palm is an irregular shape two tower development located at West Palm beach. With a $250-million budget the project will include apartments, offices, a hotel, and retail.
Although esthetically appealing, the towers are among the tallest, most complex, and architecturally advanced developments in the city's history with over 9,000 tons of reinforcing steel.
The geometry of the structure combined with podium slab amenities such as a pool and surrounding hardscape initially made this project a prime target for high amounts of excess waste of reinforcing steel. NaRDil estimators used computer aided drafting software's and a lean construction approach to provide a value engineering solution thus reducing rebar waste where possible.

The Transbay Transit Center Project is a visionary transportation and housing project that transforms downtown San Francisco and the San Francisco Bay Area's regional transportation system by creating a "Grand Central Station of the West" in the heart of a new transit-friendly neighborhood. The approximately $6 billion project will replace the former Transbay Terminal at First and Mission Streets in San Francisco with a modern regional transit hub connecting eight Bay Area counties and the State of California through 11 transit systems.
With 5,400 ton of reinforcing steel this was a challenging project for NaRDil to estimate, the project consisted of various slabs on different elevations with varying slab thickness, invert slabs, platform slabs, slurry walls, and steel structures. In order to connect the concrete and steel, NaRDil estimated half-welded couplers and DBA bars.

The project includes two soaring towers, one of them being the city's second-largest tower at 910 feet with 61 Story of the mixed-use development.
Our team estimated this huge high-rise building that consisted of more than 100,000 form savers, various transition couplers, and other accessories to avoid bar congestion and for ease of construction. NaRDil led the way for rapid construction of this massive project containing approximately 17, 605 tons of rebar.

NaRDil estimated all 15,143 tons of the Los Angeles Rams future (2020) football stadium inInglewood, California. It is an open-air football stadium which covers pile foundation, 9 levels of SOMD, and a huge amount site work.
NaRDil made sure to account for all reinforced concrete elements within the distinctive curvature of the structure, including the thousands of steps. Optimizing the estimate with stock length bar considerations and projected pour sequencing and added additional reinforcement to account for the pour sequences for the complete project estimate.
