With 418 rental units on a 18,000 Square-feet ballet school, 11,000 Square-feet of amenity space & 4,000 Square-feet of retail space. A transit-first parking and bicycle strategy. Within a very short time, the Hub is destined to become one of San Francisco's most interesting and vital neighborhoods.
PT systems were used for 28+ floors along with ramp slabs which were little complex to find the length of the banded and distributed tendons, tower crane opening, more number of blockouts which leads to more curvature tendons. Inspite of all these NaRDil was able to provide accurate PT take-off.

8 Story mid-rise over a shared lobby and parking garage. There is a total of 299 residential units and the building area is 475,117 Square feet with actual high-rise height of 145 feet above grade.
This job was basically a one-way PT slab system which not only had banded and distributed tendons, but also temperature tendons too. NaRDil’s expertise always recognizes these tendons to ensure a complete and accurate estimate of the project.
