These two new towers for downtown San Jose add about 650 residential units to the city’s skyline.
NaRDil is proud to say that we have completely estimated both the Rebar and Stud packages. We stud estimated the 2 towers with 3 levels of parking slabs, having 29 floors overall. UCSF purchased three properties at 590 and 600 Minnesota Street in San Francisco's Dogpatch neighborhood, all scheduled to be completed in 2019.
Although an incomplete design when NaRDil first started work on this project, we supported the good intent of the University and utilized our previous project experience and expertise to make reasonable assumptions for a complete stud estimate. Our quality work was valued and appreciated by our client with our assumptions holding true for nearly all cases (about 98%) within the final design.

1066 Market Street is located in San Francisco’s Mid-Market neighborhood offering a centralized, urban location with excellent access to public transit is set to be completed mid-2020.
NaRDil stud team estimated the tower which had 15 floors. The client rewarded our job well done with continuing with our services for stud detailing. The unique challenging aspect of this project was the high number of re-entrant corners, which led to more complication in providing the stud rail details at all slab edges.
