This is a 7-Story medical building and we have provided the post tension cable for around 306,717 Linear feet and out of 7 floors 2 floors were PT and the remaining were metal deck slab. In this job, all the beams were detailed as PT beams and we had arranged the post tension cables in a flair arrangement at the end of the columns. Also, we had different elongation values due to lot of pour sequences. NaRDil handled the many challenges and led the project to a successful completion.

This is a 5-Story residential building and we have provided the post tension cable for around 71,055 Linear feet and out of 5 floors 2 floors were PT and the remaining were wooden slab. And here before the service loads are applied, the cables are pulled tight or tensioned and anchored against the outer edges of the concrete around the entire commercial building.
In this PT slab with many soffits and steps, the arrangement of post tension cable and calculating the support height was entirely different when comparing with the flat PT slab.
