NaRDil possess endowed modelers, detailers and estimators to digitally present the physical and functional characteristics of a facility through a process called Building Information Modeling (BIM). Our 3D BIM Modeling Services help the construction companies to visualize schematic structures before the beginning of construction and thus can offer better project planning for our clients. We detect clashes for eliminating major system conflicts before installation.
To visualize the 2D schematic diagrams and to come up with dimensions, detail, arrange and place rebars, we create 3D modeling for some of our rebar detailing projects. A real-time 3D rendering of a 3D model often gives clients a clear vision of a design than plotted drawings. So, we don’t stop with 3D modeling, we go further and transform the modeled elements into animated models with high-quality pictures and a fantastic video.
The Hinge is a crucial member which connects multiple frames together. It contains many critical & oddly shaped bars with special end arrangements of couplers & T heads to assist the field and reduce field adjustments. To understand this most complex element for the field placers, we created a 3D model with the collaboration of Tekla & Revit software, which depicts the bar arrangement clearly shown in the 2D drawings with different 3D section views like above. This proved to help field crews place the bars with zero adjustments.
Mid-Coast Corridor Transit: San Diego, CA
Midspan of UCSD Project The Overall isometric view of University of California San Diego viaduct, which is the part of Mid-Coast Corridor Transit project is constructed by Mid-Coast Transit Constructors with a total length 27 miles located in San Diego, California. The image visualizes the partial span of 10.5-mile length UCSD rail transit project, connected with Nobel viaduct that has a total of 1,960 tons of rebar. Using Infra works 360 software, it shows the actual preview of the UCSD rail transit project at the exact location after construction, to explore that this was used with Infra works 360 software. Our technical expertise and vast experience in various viaduct concepts allowed us to construct an effective way to manage outsourced Br.IM.
Biological Nutrient Removal: Sacramento, CA
The Primary Effluent pumping station is one part of the Biological Nutrient Removal in Sacramento regional WWTP, CA. This sump is located at the edge of the building, so as you see the depiction of 3D image that will help foremen in the field to understand the bar arrangement at the edges where the bars need to be terminated & where to extend. Detailing this element in 2D will definitely lead to error at end termination since you do not have any visualization there, where as in Tekla 3D, we can detail each bar with clear visuals without any doubt and assumption. Also, if it is done in 2D, then it will be difficult to understand the placing. NaRDil’s 3D approach worked effectively for all parties' business and project needs.
Google Charleston East: Mountain view, CA
The Google Charleston East job located in Mountain View, CA included a 2-level, 595,000 Square feet office building, serving as Google’s new campus and corporate headquarters. The unique design of the structure involved detailing this irregular shape shown above named a “Touchdown”. Although this can detailed in standard 2D, the field installation team may run into multiple issues placing the bars. NaRDil’s 3D team provided all the bars within irregular portions and detailed the areas in only 20 hours, not compromising the project for time. Using Tekla & Revit software for the creation of this 3D images, our final shop drawings allowed the field to easily placed the bars without any questionable assumptions.
